You lost me at katsuobushi
For anyone who would like to re-create our classic tsuyu broth at home, we have now shared the recipe online.
All you need is katsuobushi, mirin, kombu, soy and a couple of hours to infuse the broth.
However, if you’re pushed for time, the broth sachet in this box will give you exactly the same result, in 3 minutes.

Preparation
1. Open box & remove broth sachet. Peel back film & add the contents of the sachet to the noodles.
2. Pour boiling water to the fill line [310ml] & stir thoroughly.
3. Replace film & close box lid. Leave to stand for 3 mins. stir & enjoy
Do not re-heat once cooked.
Warning: contents will be hot!
